Ingredients

To prepare cream soup you will need the following:

  • potatoes – 400 gr.,
  • carrots – 0.5 kg,
  • onion - 1 piece,
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons,
  • vegetable broth - 700 ml,
  • salt, spices and pepper - to taste,
  • 20% cream - 100 ml cream.

1. Chop the carrots, onions and potatoes.

2. Put the onion in a frying pan with oil. Fry it until golden brown, then add the carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few more minutes.

3. Pour the broth over the vegetables. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings.

4. Once the liquid comes to a boil, cook for another 15 minutes over medium heat.

5. Remove the soup from the stove and then puree the contents with a blender. Add the cream and turn the blender on again.

6. Heat the soup on the stove for about 4 minutes.

Fragrant croutons go well with the soup.
