The expert explained that the main harm to the liver comes from fusel oils.
It is a by-product of fermentation, a mixture of alcohols and some other components.
They are an oily liquid that has a sharp and unpleasant odor.
The listed drinks contain more fusel oils than others.
Under the influence of this product, hepatocytes (liver cells) are destroyed.
In this case, there is a disruption in the functioning of liver enzymes.
