Once you have removed the old coating, give the radiators a good cleaning and sanding, especially in areas where rust is visible.

Alkyd or acrylic enamel is used to paint radiators.

Many people also often choose water-based paints because they are not only environmentally friendly, but also safe for health, dry quickly and have virtually no odor.

When buying paint, do not forget to look at its label - the heat resistance of the paint should be at least 100 degrees.

Colored radiators are very popular in the interior. All that remains is to decide – to paint them in a complementary tone or a bright, contrasting color that will give the interior an original and tasteful accent.

Radiators painted in different colours of the rainbow will fit especially well in a child's room.

If you have artistic talent, you can paint radiators, for example, with various patterns, plant or animal motifs.

Black

If your apartment is decorated in earthy, neutral tones, you can give it a distinct accent by painting your radiators black.

It will look great in a classic interior and will not conflict with other colors at all.

Practicality

By turning the window sill into a workspace, you will simultaneously solve two problems - you will save space in the room due to the large desk, and also make the radiators less noticeable, as they will be hidden by the tabletop and chair.

You can completely hide your radiators by purchasing a special radiator screen or decorative panels designed for this purpose.
