- dark chocolate – 100 gr.,
- milk – 300 gr.,
- 20 grams of cognac,
- ice cream – 70 g,
- salt - a small pinch,
- a little whipped cream.

So, let's begin:
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Combine with milk and ice cream.
2. Add a little cognac, then heat the mixture over low heat.
3. Add a pinch of salt. If desired, you can add a pinch of pepper to the rose.
4. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle the cream cap with cinnamon.
