Bright and aromatic gummy worms are one of the favorite treats of children.
However, store-bought candies may contain harmful ingredients that are best avoided.
Culinary expert of TUT NOVOSTI, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you how to prepare the same delicacy at home.

How to Make Gummy Worms
To prepare this treat you will need:
- 250 milliliters of juice;
- 70 grams of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 15 grams of gelatin.
Gelatin should be poured with a small amount of cold juice and left to swell for 15 minutes.
Mix the remaining juice, sugar and lemon juice together and heat without bringing to a boil.
Add gelatin to the resulting mass and stir until completely dissolved, pour into molds. If you do not have special worm-shaped molds, you can use cocktail tubes.
The worms will harden to the desired consistency within 2-3 hours, after which all you have to do is take them out and enjoy the taste.
