After preparing the casserole according to my recipe, the taste is purely curd, without any other flavors.
Mash 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese with a fork until there are no lumps. Add sugar, vanilla, 1 egg and mix all the ingredients, says Yulia Arkhipova .

Then slowly add a glass of kefir and stir until the mixture is uniform.
Using a mixer, give the mixture a sour cream appearance. The dish "Curd casserole" can be diversified by adding dried fruits to taste at this stage.
I usually add dried apricots, raisins, plums. You can also add sesame, poppy seeds or coconut flakes.
Pour the mixture into the mold. Choose a mold that is higher than the casserole, otherwise it will rise and leak during cooking.
Place in the oven at 190 degrees. Depending on the liquidity of the mixture, the baking time varies between 45 min. - 1 hour 20 min.
Do not remove the casserole from the pan immediately after baking. Let it come away from the sides.
