White cabbage is a simple ingredient that can be used to make so many different dishes.
All these treats are unique in some way and not at all similar to each other. And we are not talking only about main dishes or salads.
Cabbage can also be used to make a fantastic snack that will be appreciated by those who love chips and are trying to lose weight.

Products:
- cabbage – 1 head;
- olive oil – 4 tbsp;
- caraway seeds – 1 tbsp;
- salt, ground black pepper.
These chips must be served with a sauce made from:
- natural yogurt – 200 g;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- dill – 3 sprigs;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
- salt, ground black pepper.
Method of preparation
1. First, fry the cumin in a dry frying pan until it becomes aromatic (about 30 seconds).
2. Next, preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Place a rack on the middle tier, and a baking sheet with high sides underneath it.
Then we separate the head of cabbage into leaves, carefully remove the thick parts and cut each leaf into four parts.
Grease the cabbage with oil, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with caraway seeds and place on the grill.
3. Cook the chips until crispy (10-15 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Finely chop the dill, press the garlic and combine these ingredients with yogurt, add juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and wait for the chips to cook.
It is important that the chips do not dry out too much, otherwise they will start to crumble in your hands. To prevent this, the dish is removed from the oven when the leaves begin to acquire a brownish tint.
