In winter, when there are no vegetables in the garden, you want to enjoy a fresh dish with lots of vitamins.
Sauerkraut salad is what you need. It will fill your body with necessary substances and give you a taste pleasure.
Ingredients
To prepare a healthy salad you will need the following:

- cranberries – 50 g + 1 tbsp for salad dressing,
- sauerkraut – 300 gr.,
- apple – 0.5 pcs.,
- green onions – 2 pcs.,
- parsley, dill - to taste,
- vegetable oil -2 tbsp (for dressing),
- sugar – 1 teaspoon (for dressing).
Method of preparation
If you have laid out all the products on the surface, then let's begin:
1. Drain excess juice from sauerkraut.
2. Cut the apples into slices.
3. Chop the green onions with a knife.
4. In a separate container, mash the washed cranberries. Strain the juice, then combine it with butter and sugar.
5. Add apples to the cabbage.
6. Add the dressing to the salad and then mix well.
7. Sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs.
