Ingredients

To make a smoothie, you will need a number of specific products:

  • apple – 1 piece,
  • almond milk – 1 glass,
  • peanut butter – 2 tbsp,
  • honey – 2 teaspoons,
  • vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon,
  • cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon,
  • ice – 4 cubes.

Your actions

Have you bought the necessary products and laid them out on the table? Then you can safely start cooking:

1. Place chopped apple, butter, honey, extract, cinnamon, milk and ice in a blender.

2. Beat well until smooth.
