It often happens that the finished dish turns out too fatty.
However, this is not a reason to get rid of cooked food.
Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova is ready to share with you her tricks on how to fix what you've cooked.

How to get rid of excess fat
It's easy to get rid of fat from the surface of a stew or soup. There are 3 ways to do it without much effort.
First, you can wait until the dish cools down completely. Excess fat hardens and remains on the surface of the dish, after which it is easy to remove with a spoon.
If you don't have time to wait, you can throw a couple of ice cubes into the liquid. Then the fat will gather into dense drops, which you will only need to collect with a slotted spoon.
And there is another simple life hack with an ice cube. Wrap it in a white napkin and run it over the surface of the dish: all the excess fat will be attracted like a magnet.
If you notice that the cutlets are too greasy, then you need to place them on a paper towel, which will absorb the excess.
