To prepare the soup you will need the following:

  • chicken broth - 0.7 l,
  • onion – 1 piece,
  • pepper – 2 pieces,
  • avocado - 4 pieces,
  • lemon – 1 piece,
  • cilantro - bunch,
  • croutons - 1 handful.

Your actions

If you have all the ingredients and you are at home, you can start cooking right away:

1. Chop the onion and pepper, then add them to the pan with the broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft.

2. Chop the peeled avocado with a knife, then add it to the soup. Wait until the liquid boils. Remove from heat.

3. Turn the soup into a liquid mass using a blender. Sprinkle the dish with lemon juice, add chopped cilantro and croutons.
