What oil is considered good?

A quality product may only contain cream or whole milk. Therefore, if you see vegetable fats on the label, it is better not to save money and refuse to buy it.

The same applies to fat content. A quality product cannot have a fat content less than 72.5%.

But even with this value, you shouldn't buy butter. You should pay attention to butter with a fat content of 82%.

A product of this fat content not only has a richer taste and aroma, but is also suitable for consumption by children.
