Culinary expert of TUT NEWS, chef and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova is ready to tell you how to highlight the taste of vegetables with the help of an original salad sauce.

How to replace sour cream and vegetable oil
A great alternative to sour cream is a yogurt-cucumber dressing. To prepare it, take half a cucumber, 1 clove of garlic, 240 ml of natural unsweetened yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of salt and ground white pepper.
Chop the cucumber and garlic, mix all ingredients in a blender.
Another original option is an orange-based dressing. Take 60 ml of orange juice, 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons of honey, one and a half teaspoons of Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix all ingredients together, pour into a container with a lid, shake and put in the refrigerator.
