To prepare the sauce you will need the following:

  • egg – 1 piece,
  • 1 tsp dry milk,
  • 3 tsp mustard,
  • half a teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • 100 ml olive oil,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • salt and pepper - to taste,
  • 20 g cheese.

Let's get started:

1. Place the egg, mustard, lemon juice and dry milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Start whisking.

2. Start adding olive oil in parts, whisking the ingredients continuously. The consistency should become thick.

3. Squeeze the garlic, add grated cheese. Stir.
