There is nothing easier than cooking a pack of dumplings for dinner.
However, sometimes even an expensive product turns out not to be as tasty as you would like.
Culinary expert of TUT NOVOSTI, chef and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova revealed what secret ingredient should be added when preparing a dish.

To ensure that even store-bought dumplings are as tasty as homemade ones, it is important to cook them correctly.
To do this, shortly before preparing the dish, take the pack out of the freezer and leave it so that the dumplings adapt to room temperature, but do not melt.
Then put a pot of cold water on the fire, boil it and throw in the dumplings. Bring to a boil again, stir.
When the dumplings float to the surface, slowly add a glass of cold water to the pan. This trick helps the dough and meat cook better.
After this, the dumplings need to be brought to a boil again, boiled for a few minutes and turned off.
