At first glance, it may seem that there are no tricks to cooking sausages.
However, if they constantly burst or are cold inside, this indicates that you are not following the cooking technology.
Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you the intricacies of cooking this product.

How to cook sausages correctly
Firstly, the approach depends on what product you have in front of you. If you are going to cook sausages in a natural casing, then you should pierce them with a fork and put them in cold water.
From the moment of boiling, the product is cooked for no more than 4 minutes, otherwise there is a risk that the sausages will burst.
As for the artificial casing, it is permissible to cook both in it and without it. It is better to put the product without the casing directly into boiling water: this way it will not fall apart during cooking.
If you want to cook frozen sausages, you don’t have to defrost them: the product will just take longer to cook.
Pour cold water into a saucepan, put the sausages in there and cook them from the moment they boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
