It's all about one ingredient
Sometimes, high-quality ingredients are used to make broth. But in the end, it still turns out tasteless.
And the reason for this is the addition of salt. After all, it is important to salt the broth correctly.
You can't do this while cooking. Also, it's better not to add salt to cold water.
Because of this, the other ingredients will not be able to fully reveal their taste and aroma.
So it is best to add salt to the dish a couple of minutes before it is ready.
What else should be taken into account?
You can ruin the broth if you ignore one important point.
After the water boils, it is advisable to drain it and rinse the ingredients.
Then we put them back into the pan, fill them with clean water and continue cooking.
If you don’t do this, the broth is unlikely to be clear.
