It is usually simply poured out. But it turns out that the brine can be used in everyday life.
This simple liquid will come in handy in the kitchen. For example, when making cookie dough.
For three glasses of flour you will need a glass of brine.
To prepare the dough, mix flour, sugar (1 cup), brine, sunflower oil (100 ml) and salt (1 tsp).
The mixture is thoroughly kneaded and left to “rest” for 20 minutes.
Next, the dough is rolled out and cookies of any shape are cut out, and then baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Cucumber brine can also be used as a fertilizer for plants that like acidic soil.
Magnolia, rhododendrons, and heather grow better in such soil, and the yield of garden blueberries, bilberries, and a number of other plants increases.
