Recipe
To prepare you will need:
- 200-250 grams of Korean carrots;
- 150 grams of smoked pigtail cheese;
- 4 boiled chicken eggs;
- 1 can of canned corn;
- mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the eggs, peel them, cut into small cubes. Separate the cheese into fibers, then shred it.
Take a salad bowl, combine chopped eggs, cheese, carrots and canned corn, be sure to drain the water.
Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Just remember that smoked cheese and Korean carrots are quite salty dishes, so do not overdo it with salt.
