The first of these products, according to the expert, are bananas. Sweet exotic fruits contain magnesium and vitamin B, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the adrenal glands and thyroid gland. They, in turn, are responsible for regulating body temperature.
The expert reminded that in the cold season it is important to remember about legumes. For example, it is useful to eat hummus, which contains vegetable oils saturated with healthy fats.
Legumes are easily digestible, which means they warm the body well.
The third product is sweet potato. Sweet potato requires more effort from the body to digest, therefore, it contributes to an increase in body temperature.
