The second peak of the allergy season is currently beginning to emerge in the Moscow region. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to Professor Vera Revyakina.
It is noted that pollen allergy is associated with three peaks. The first occurs in the spring, the second begins in the summer, and the third in early autumn.
It is also known that now there is a second peak, when grasses and cereals throw pollen. Poplar fluff is also flying in the city.
According to Revyakina, people suffering from allergies feel a significant deterioration in their health during the daytime.
She noted that in this regard, allergy sufferers should wear a mask and glasses, and also use medications prescribed by a doctor.
It is added that after a walk it is important to remove pollen using a shower. It is also worth covering the windows with a net so that pollen does not get into the apartment.
