An endocrinologist spoke about the results of a study conducted among people who watched at least 95 short videos daily.

And the researchers' findings were disappointing. Over time, this category of people began to suffer from decreased concentration.

This side effect is due to the fact that the brain finds it difficult to concentrate on anything more complex. Moreover, as a result, such people find it difficult to even watch full-length videos.

In addition to decreased concentration, there is another side effect. Frequently comparing themselves to the authors of the videos, people began to suffer from decreased self-esteem.

It became addictive because people began to suffer from stress and anxiety. The unpleasant feelings only disappeared after watching a new batch of shorts.
