According to Zinonyeva, the giver does not need to clarify whether the woman definitely does not need the gift.

She noted that the refusal may be related to the politeness and modesty of the person. In fact, the woman may want attention.

In addition, the psychologist advised thinking about what kind of gift a specific person would like to receive. Perhaps it will be money or flowers.

Zinonyeva also noted that if the gift is given by a person who is little known or unknown, then the woman's refusal may be genuine. She may consider the gift unnecessary.
