A British doctor has revealed which breakfast he considers the healthiest.
A glass of tomato juice and oatmeal will help cleanse the body.
Advice from British doctor and TV presenter Ranj Singh is posted on the pages of the Daily Mail portal.

As the expert emphasized, tomato juice is rich in a substance called lycopene, which gives the drink its characteristic red hue.
Lycopene has the ability to fight LDL - low-density lipoproteins, which pose a danger to the human body, forming atherosclerotic plaques.
At risk are people who abuse alcohol and fatty foods, lead a sedentary lifestyle and suffer from obesity, in whose blood LDL accumulates in excess.
The second cheap breakfast product is whole grain cereals, such as oatmeal. It is rich in beta-glucan, which is also known for its ability to reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the blood.
