An expert named five factors that have been proven to help prolong life.

In a conversation with Komsomolskaya Pravda , the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences identified several rules that help one live to a respectable age.

Firstly, nutrition plays a key role. You need to try to make your diet as varied as possible.
The expert advised to collect a kind of "rainbow" on the plate, so that it contains products of different colors. The more varied the diet, the better for health.
Secondly, regular physical activity. And it’s not just about fitness. Gardening or jogging in the park are also suitable. Along with this, quality sleep is also important.
Third, moderate stress. Science has proven that moderate stress and challenges have a positive effect on a person.
They strengthen and make people more resilient to any stressful situations in the future.
Fourth, broadening your horizons. There are many options here: traveling, walking in unfamiliar places, solving puzzles, gaining new information, mastering a new hobby, and so on.
Fifth, establishing social connections. The expert emphasized that a pleasant emotional atmosphere and communication with like-minded people are important for longevity.
