The doctor assured that the popular invigorating drink does not provoke an increase in blood pressure.

Moreover, people who drink it regularly have a lower risk of developing hypertension.

The doctor said that this drink is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, which prevent lipid oxidation.

In addition, coffee can partially tone blood vessels.

The doctor compared this effect to hardening the body with a cold shower.

At the biochemical level, coffee does not increase blood pressure.

But in situations where a person needs to calm down, this drink is not recommended.
