Every woman dreams of lush and beautiful hair. This luxury mainly depends on genetic predisposition.
Often the condition of your hair reflects the health of your body: if you are tired, often find yourself in stressful situations or simply lead an unhealthy lifestyle, your hair will eventually become dull, break, fall out, and split ends will appear.
Of course, there are a lot of medicines and products in pharmacies and cosmetic stores that help to cope with many problems, but before throwing money away on such cosmetics, try using a product that our grandmothers used - quail eggs.

This product is simply unique in its composition: compared to chicken eggs, quail eggs contain approximately 2.5 times more vitamins A, B1 and B2.
In addition, these eggs are rich in iron, potassium and phosphorus, and also contain vitamin D, which is responsible for strengthening hair and nails.
It is believed that if you regularly eat quail eggs, the regeneration processes of the skin and scalp will be enhanced, which will improve the condition of the skin and hair in general.
It is considered very beneficial to drink raw quail eggs, because it is in this form that they retain all their beneficial properties.
But you shouldn't get carried away with raw food, because this product contains the microelement biotin, the deficiency of which, on the contrary, will increase hair loss. But once a week, a cocktail of raw eggs will only do you good.
To improve the condition of your hair, it is useful to make the following mask from quail eggs: mix 1 tbsp. aloe juice, 2 tbsp. burdock oil, 2 tbsp. castor oil and 2 quail yolks.
Rub the warm mixture into your scalp and leave for 4 hours. Rinse off as usual. The effect of the masks will be noticeable in 1.5 to 2 months.
