Evans cautioned against using the same plate more than once.
He said there was one reason why this should never happen again.
The expert called it a mistake to think that reusing a plate saves staff from having to wash additional plates or cups.
However, in reality, you need to take a new one each time, filling up the portion.
Evans warned that reusing the same cutlery, including plates, cups and forks, is considered unsanitary.
