New details have become known about the unfavorable meteorological conditions that will soon be established in Russia.
Contrary to the forecasts made the day before, magnetic storms will begin a day later, that is, today.
Leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Mikhail Leus shared this information with his Telegram subscribers.
As the expert emphasized, the updated solar activity data that meteorologists received today allows us to judge the shift in the onset of magnetic storms.
Leus warned that solar activity will begin on October 4 in the middle of the day. However, the expert still does not rule out that the strength of magnetic storms could reach the G3 level.
The unfavorable situation for weather-sensitive people will last for at least 3 days. Magnetic storms will cease only on Monday morning.
The protracted nature of the phenomenon is explained by the fact that a flare of the highest X class was previously recorded on the Sun.
