The expert noted that Japanese scientists conducted a study on this topic in 2009. They gathered obese volunteers and gave them regular apple cider vinegar for 3 months.

At the same time, scientists monitored their health and body condition. As a result, over 90 days, the volunteers lost an average of only 1 kg.

According to Afinskaya, this is an unconvincing result. The nutritionist emphasized that with a more competent approach, you can lose much more.

The expert also pointed out that there is no reliable data that apple cider vinegar really helps you lose weight. And it can also harm tooth enamel.
