500 grams of pollock fillet should be minced using a meat grinder. Then add one egg.

After this, you need to use an ingredient that will add juiciness to the cutlets and make them soft and airy.
And semolina can help with this. Three tablespoons will be enough for minced meat.
Then mix everything thoroughly and put the minced meat in the refrigerator for an hour.
After this time, form the cutlets and sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.
They need to be fried in a preheated frying pan over medium heat.
First, fry for five minutes on each side. Then cover the pan with a lid and bring the dish to readiness.
