According to the expert, it is worth considering some mandatory, but very simple aspects.

First of all, you should take into account the fact that peas soak well only in conditions of not too high, but not too low temperatures.
Arkhipova points out: “If the room is quite cool, and the temperature in it is below +20 degrees, it is worth soaking the peas for 6-7 hours.”
Important note: this legume very often causes flatulence. To avoid this kind of consequences, add baking soda when soaking the peas.
The following proportions must be observed: 2 teaspoons of soda per 100 grams and 1.5 liters of water.
