Culinary expert, chef, and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova spoke about the fact that we are talking, in particular, about pumpkin.

According to the expert, you must first boil the pumpkin in a saucepan for 20 minutes until it becomes soft.

Then you need to drain the liquid and crush the pumpkin using a masher or blender. Then you need to wait for it to cool down.

The resulting pumpkin puree should be mixed with eggs, salt and 1-3 tablespoons of sugar, then add flour. The ingredients should be mixed until a thick dough is formed.

The expert advises to cover the bowl with the dough with film and leave it on the table for 30 minutes. The preparation will be considered suitable for use after bubbles appear on its surface.

Finally, you just need to spoon the dough onto a preheated frying pan and fry it until golden brown.
