Secondly, eat low-fat foods. All dairy products in stores are presented with fat content from 0 to 3%.
Thirdly, give up fried foods, sausages, hot dogs and balyk, mayonnaise and salt (this applies not only to salt itself, but also to products containing it - canned and preserved food), since salt retains fluid in the body. And it is quite possible that the first couple of kilograms lost is the release of excess fluid from the body.
Replace fried foods with boiled, stewed and baked ones, the main thing is that no fat is added during their preparation. Dress salads with homemade yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
Remember that all orange juices are very high in calories. Dilute them half with water - the taste will not change much, and the calories will be halved.
