However, not all housewives know that this simple dish can be turned into a real delicacy.
Culinary expert and chef Yulia Arkhipova told how to make applesauce similar in consistency to cream.
According to the expert, the said dessert will also acquire the sweet taste of condensed milk.
First, you will need to peel and core the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Then the resulting slices should be put into a saucepan in layers, sprinkling each layer with sugar. Pour in 100 milliliters of water.
Next, you need to put the workpiece on the fire and bring the water to a boil. After that, you need to cover the pan with a lid and cook until the apples are completely softened.
On average, the whole process will take about half an hour. It is better to stir the mixture during this process so that it does not burn.
Finally, add condensed cream and beat the resulting mixture with a blender.
