They are also formed during the digestion of red meat. This increases the risk of developing cancer, the endocrinologist warned.
In addition, excessive consumption of this product leads to the development of urolithiasis, gout, and also increases the likelihood of joint damage.
And, of course, excessive consumption of red meat leads to weight gain.
Mikhaleva emphasized that people over 50 years of age should avoid this product in order to strengthen and maintain their health.
Others should not exclude it from their diet, as this type of meat contains substances that are important for the body.
People under 50 years of age can eat dishes made from red meat once or twice a week.
