The doctor explained that the small screen affects the vision, forcing it to strain.

In such a situation, the cervical spine also suffers, because tension also appears there. Therefore, the specialist advises placing the screen higher.

Sleeping on your stomach also has a negative effect on your neck. In this case, your head is turned to one side for a long time.

This can result in twisting of the cervical vertebrae.

And this is fraught with compression of the vertebral artery or “jamming” of the vertebrae.
