The reasons for quarrels in relationships can be very different. One of the most common is poor communication between partners.

When people cannot clearly express their thoughts and feelings and do not hear each other, then misunderstandings are inevitable.

Quarrels often arise due to differences in character and habits. For example, one partner likes order, and the other chaos. Or one is an extrovert, and the other is an introvert. Friction can also arise over financial issues, distribution of household responsibilities.

Another common reason is jealousy. When one of the partners is jealous of the other towards his friends, colleagues, this gives rise to mistrust and quarrels.

This also includes unjustified expectations. For example, if a wife expects her husband to be as sensitive as her father, and her husband does not match this image, disappointment leads to conflicts.

Conflicts often arise when partners stop paying attention to each other. Work, children, hobbies - all this takes time away from each other. There is no time to have a heart-to-heart talk, go on a date, have sex. Alienation and irritation grow.

Another common cause of quarrels is fatigue and stress. When people are exhausted at work, problems, it is difficult for them to control their emotions. Little things irritate, resentment and anger accumulate, and eventually an explosion occurs.

Often quarrels happen because of the interference of relatives, especially parents. If the mother-in-law constantly teaches how to live, the mother criticizes, then the conflict is inevitable.

Another reason for discord is unfulfilled dreams and ambitions. For example, a husband dreamed of becoming a musician, but became an office worker. This dissatisfaction can result in nagging and quarrels.
In general, there are many reasons, and they often accumulate gradually. The main thing is to figure it out and find solutions.

How to avoid quarrels in relationships? First, you need to learn to communicate constructively. Talk about your feelings calmly, without blaming your partner. Listen carefully to what he wants to say. Don't start a conflict out of thin air.

Secondly, respect differences in character and habits. Don't try to remake your partner to suit yourself. Accept him as he is. Look for compromises instead of insisting on your own.

Thirdly, develop common rules for finances, housekeeping, and raising children. Discuss all important decisions together.

Fourthly, trust each other. Do not allow groundless jealousy and suspicion.

Fifth, regularly devote time to your relationship. Go on dates, even if you have been married for many years. Have sex, share experiences.

And the main thing is to be patient, forgive mistakes, and meet halfway. Then there will be significantly fewer conflicts.
