But there are methods that will help speed up this process many times over.

We use a microwave
This is the easiest and fastest method of defrosting food.
However, it has some minor drawbacks. In the microwave, some of the meat may start to cook.
But if you turn the piece over periodically, you can avoid this problem.
Place the meat in a bowl, put it in the microwave and turn on the special defrosting mode.
If there is none, you can reduce the power and turn on the microwave for ten minutes.
We use packages
The meat needs to be placed in a sealed bag. Take a saucepan and place it upside down in the sink. Place the bag of meat on it.
Pour hot water into another pan and place it on the bag.
As a result, the meat will defrost in literally five minutes. Just keep in mind that this method will work with small pieces.
We use salt
You can also defrost meat using salt. Pour a tablespoon of salt into a bowl of cold water.
Then we put the meat in it and leave it for five or ten minutes.
The time depends on the size of the piece. After this procedure, it will be ready for cooking.
