How to Make a Great Armenian Dish from Simple Pasta: The Chef's Way

Culinary expert and chef Yulia Arkhipova said that it is quite possible to make an Armenian delicacy from ordinary pasta.

According to the expert, you just have to prepare this side dish in a special way.

Take note

To begin, arm yourself with 300 grams of pasta, 2 tablespoons of ketchup and the same amount of adjika. Take spices and herbs to taste.

Next, fry the dry pasta in a frying pan and vegetable oil. Make sure that they acquire a golden crust.

Then add salt to taste and a liter of boiling water to the pasta. Stir the dish with a spatula, otherwise the pasta will stick to the pan. Wait until all the liquid has evaporated.

After that, add adjika to the pasta. You can add ketchup, spices and fresh herbs, mix the ingredients together.

Bring the dish to readiness and serve – your family will sweep the treat off the table.
