How to Make Healthy Mayonnaise in 2 Minutes: A Chef Explains

Mayonnaise is a product that leaves almost no one indifferent due to its piquant and very satisfying taste.

However, homemade mayonnaise is much healthier than store-bought mayonnaise.

Culinary expert and chef Yulia Arkhipova talks about what ingredients can be used to make truly harmless and nutritious mayonnaise.

According to the expert, you will need some ingredients and a little time.

Simple recipe

Take 300 milliliters of odorless vegetable oil, 1 chicken egg (preferably larger), 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar.

You will also need 1 tablespoon of nine percent vinegar or lemon juice, as well as 1 tablespoon of mustard.

First, wash the egg with soda and wipe it dry. Take a plastic container, pour oil into it, add salt and sugar.

Add vinegar or lemon juice, then mustard. Beat in the egg.

Mix the above ingredients using a blender, choosing a low speed. Once the mixture turns white and thickens, continue to beat for another 30 seconds.

Healthy and delicious homemade mayonnaise is ready!
