On the first of five days, the number of calories is limited to 1100, and for the next four days you cannot eat more than 800 calories per day.

An approximate diet looks like this:

  • herbal tea without sugar for breakfast;
  • vegetable soup for lunch, a handful of nuts for the second course;
  • steamed or grilled vegetables without oil for dinner.

This is enough to satisfy the feeling of hunger and at the same time start the necessary mechanisms in the body that help you lose weight.

After five days, you are allowed to return to your normal diet.

It is noted that the diet for the five-day fasting period should be drawn up by a doctor, otherwise there is a risk of harming the body instead of bringing benefit.
