Chef and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova advises arming yourself with special ingredients that allow you to cook beets in just 25 minutes.

So, you will need 50 grams of beets and 2 level teaspoons of sugar.
Simple instructions
First, peel the beets, then cut them into 6 pieces. Medium root vegetables should be cut into 4 pieces, small ones – into 2 pieces.
The cut beets need to be divided into 2 parts, then placed 2 pieces each in baking bags. Sprinkle with sugar on top (1 teaspoon).
Next, place the bags with beets and sugar in a pot of boiling water. Cover the container with a lid. The root vegetable should be boiled for 25 minutes.
After the specified time, the beets must be placed in a bowl of cold water and left for 10 minutes.
