However, experts say that it is marshmallows that can cause the least harm to human health.

It is explained that marshmallows consist of useful components and contain a minimal amount of “empty” carbohydrates.
It is also worth considering that marshmallow contains 300 kcal, which makes it a diet dessert. It contains only proteins and carbohydrates and no fats.
Scientists emphasize: “Marshmallow is made from natural ingredients: fruit puree, egg white and gelling agents.”
