How to eat with high blood pressure: what to exclude from your diet

The basis of a diet for hypertension

The amount of calories consumed should be less than the amount expended.

With the permitted products and your preferences, you can make a menu for a diet for a week. It is worth remembering that breakfast sets the body's work for the whole day, meals during the day and snacks support, and dinner should be light.

If you feel hungry, you can eat a slice of bran bread or no more than 100 g of crispbread. You need to forget about the method of frying products, you can replace this process with boiling, stewing or steaming.

Allowed foods for the diet:
