It all starts with choosing a random word. Then you need to break it down into letters and come up with words that start with these letters.

Then these words need to be mentally visualized. For example, the word "sleep" and variants from the initial letter "bench", "sun", "cricket".

When the options for one letter are exhausted, they move on to the next one.

What's the point? The doctor says it helps you curb your "whirring thoughts," relax, and ultimately fall asleep faster.

For some people, this method allows them to fall asleep in a matter of minutes, the expert concluded.
