A nutritionist has named the ideal and at the same time simple breakfast for every day.

A great option for a first meal is eggs, whole grain bread and vegetables.

In an interview with Radio 1 , nutritionist and gastroenterologist Nuria Dianova spoke about the benefits of such a breakfast.

First of all, this set allows you to eat a balanced diet. In addition, these are quite filling products.

The ideal breakfast for every day: 1–2 eggs, vegetables (at least 150 g), bread (30–40 g) with butter and a cup of tea.

It is a healthier alternative to sausages or other similar foods that are added to eggs for breakfast.

Another great option is an omelette with the addition of egg whites, which can be purchased separately.

In this case, we can talk about a protein and nutritious breakfast. But you shouldn't get carried away with yolks, because they are a powerful choleretic stimulant.

Even three yolks in one meal would be too much, the expert warned.
