The doctor recommends going to bed and getting up at the same time.

If you can't fall asleep, you won't be able to force yourself to do it. It will only get worse, the doctor warned.

When sleep doesn't come, it's better to read a book or do routine things. For example, prepare clothes for work.

You will only be able to fall asleep when your body itself feels the need for it.

If you have problems falling asleep, you should definitely control your caffeine intake. It is better to avoid coffee and tea in the afternoon.

Physical activity during the day, minimal stress, and dinner 3-4 hours before bed will also play a positive role.

You should also pay attention to gadgets. If you actively use them before bed, you may have problems falling asleep.

If you follow these recommendations, then in 2-3 weeks the problem will be solved and your health will improve, the expert concluded.
