Chebureki will always be bubbly: just add a little of this liquid to the dough – crispy deliciousness

Chebureki are not only a symbol of road romance, but also one of the favorite home dishes of Russians, which has not lost its popularity since the times of the USSR.

This dish is quick to prepare and even quicker to eat. One of the signs of ideal chebureki is bubbles on the outside of the finished dish.

Expert of the online publication "TUT NOVOSTI", chef Yulia Arkhipova told what to add to the dough to improve the taste of chebureki, make them crispy and, of course, with bubbles.

To prepare the dough you will need:

  • sparkling mineral water – 300 ml;
  • flour – 450 g;
  • sunflower oil – 3 tbsp;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • salt.

First, beat the eggs with salt using a mixer. Then pour in cold mineral water and oil. It is the carbonated water that will provide the bubbly texture.

Place the flour on a flat surface, make a well in it, and then pour the liquid part into it.

Knead the dough until it is elastic. Then it must be cooled for 30 minutes.

After this, you can move on to preparing the filling. You don't have to limit yourself to minced pork or lamb.

For example, no less delicious chebureki are made from minced chicken. You can also add cheese and greens.
