According to the specialist, it is better to initially prepare this dish yourself. The store-bought version should be discarded.

To make truly harmless dumplings, it is better to use rice, buckwheat or rye flour for the dough. Avoid the wheat version.

For the filling, choose chicken or turkey. Avoid breast, otherwise the food will be too dry.

You can also add mushrooms, cereals and vegetables to the meat. This will make the filling incredibly tasty and interesting.

If you like to eat dumplings with sauce, skip the mayonnaise. Make a sauce from tofu, blended with spices or lemon juice to taste.
